Mammadov Subhan Zakir

Education: In 1989 has arrived in All-Union Legal Correspondence Institute, as a consequence of which was transferred to law department of Baku State University from where graduated in 1994.
In 1989-1992 worked in District court of Lenin area, Procurator of Narimanov area, Institute of Judicial Examination, in legal department of factory "Azerelektroterm".
In 1992-2001 worked in the Supreme Court of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Since 2002 heads the legal & consulting Company "Expert-SM LTD".
In 2004-2007 was engaged in pedagogical activity.
From 2005 is a member of Bar Association.

Feyruz Guliyev

Education: 1969 - Graduated from Law department of Baku State University with honors.

1969 - 1990's. - Investigator, senior investigator, prosecutor of the prosecutor's office of the Kazakh SSR and Azerbaijan SSR, Member of the Bar Association of Azerbaijan.

1991 - 2000. - Head of legal department of the Executive Power of Khatai district of Baku.

2001 - 2008's. - Member of the Chamber of Lawyers of Moscow, professor of the Russian Academy of Security and Law Enforcement.

Since 2010 - Member of the Bar of Azerbaijan, Doctor of Law, Professor of Russian Academy of Security and Law Enforcement, member of the International Bar Association.

Mammadov Adalyat Javad.

Education: Law department of the Baku State University (1968-1973).
1973-1979 worked as an adviser, a chief adviser in Ministry of Justice of AR, was an editor of group on preparation of " the Collection of Laws of АR », a judge-probationer.
1979-1982 was the judge of Nasimi Regional Court of Baku city, 1982-1985 was the chief of Garadakh Regional Court, 1985-2000- the judge of Supreme Court of AR.
2000-2005 worked as a lawyer in the Independent Scientifically-Practical Legal Center, in the further a President of this Center.

Alekber Y. Gamarli.

Education: Law department of Azerbaijan State University (1976).
1976-1981 worked in the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic.
1987-2000 worked in the State Arbitration of Azerbaijan Republic and in the Supreme Arbitration court, also as the First Deputy of chief of Economic Court of Azerbaijan Republic.

Huseynov Rustam Farrukh.

Education: Law department of Azerbaijan State University by S.M.Kirov (1971).
Since December, 1974 an adviser, a senior adviser of a department of propagation of the right and legal education of citizens of Ministry of Justice of Az. USSR.
Since September 1974 a national judge of Lenin (Sabunchi) region, since April, 1976 a national judge, a chairman of court of Ordjenikidze (Surakhani) region of Baku city.
Since December, 1977 a member of Supreme court of Az. USSR, 1987-1988- a chief of Department of Civil Court of the Office of the Public Prosecutor of Az.USSR.
Since November, 1989 till April, 2006 a member of Bar of Azerbaijan Republic.
